If you’re looking to exchange or return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

To start a return, you can contact us at breolejewellery@outlook.com

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Please read this policy extremely carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no scuffs or scratch marks, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt email or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom pieces and personalised items with engraving or stones or other this includes custom ring sizes outside of Aus sizes L, M, N or O. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, Breole Jewellery is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Please contact us at breolejewellery@outlook.com if you have any concerns.

Warranty on Permanent Jewellery

All permanent jewellery pieces come with a extended 30 day jump ring re-weld warranty from the date of purchase. Contact us at breolejewellery@outlook.com

If the item has broken outside of the 30 day period and you have the chain we are able to repair the chain. A $15 re-weld fee will be required.

 

Refunds on Permanent Jewellery

Sales are final once the selected chain is cut. If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.
