Warranty on Permanent Jewellery
As part of your purchase, all permanent jewellery pieces come with a 30 day jump ring re-weld warranty from the date of purchase. Contact us at breolejewellery@outlook.com
If the item has broken and is outside the 30 days and you have the chain we are able to repair the chain, a $15 re-weld fee will be required.
Refunds on Permanent Jewellery
Once you have selected your permanent jewellery piece, and it has been cut, sales are final.
If any goods are faulty, we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.
Care conditions for Permanent Jewellery
Our permanent jewellery is made from solid Sterling Silver, 9ct Yellow Gold and 14ct Gold Filled.
Please note; direct contact with perfumes and hairspray may cause Jewellery to discolour, so it is best to avoid these things when wearing permanent jewellery.
It is recommended that you have your permanent jewellery cleaned every few weeks.
When removing your permanent jewellery please cut the area it was welded. General household scissors can be used to remove your bonded piece, or alternately contact us at breolejewellery@outlook.com

What metals do you work with?
We work with ethically sourced by recycled Sterling Silver and 9ct Yellow Gold.
What technique is used in The Bold & Beauty ring collection?
In our Bold & Beauty Collection our rings are first hand carved and sculpted from wax, then cast from an ancient technique called lost wax casting.
Are all rings made to order?
Yes! We partake in a slower and more measured approach to the fast paced manufacturing process and thats why each piece is made to order and ethically hand sourced. Please check our made to order times in each product description to avoid an upset.
Do you do custom makes?
Yes! If you have an idea in mind get in contact with us and we will help.
Permanent Jewellery
What are the bracelets made of?
Our bonded jewellery is made from the following materials; Sterling Silver, Solid 9ct Gold and 14ct Gold Filled.
What is the process like?
First, what is your preferred style a ring, bracelet, anklet, or necklace. Now select your chain from our range in either sterling silver or 9ct yellow gold.
Now we will cut the chain to the appropriate length. Placing a jump ring and a selected charm if you wish on the end and closing it off with our pliers.
Then a little spark and a little polish and you’re all done. Your bonded bracelet will last forever and no need to ever worry about a clasp again.
Please Note: Chain styles are subject to availability. Once the chain is cut, the sale is final.
Where do we find you?
We don't have a brick and mortar store as of yet. However we do partake in local markets of the Wollongong and Illawarra region.
Do you host events?
We would love to be apart of your special day! We can cater to your different needs, from a gathering of friends, to your Bridal Shower or Birthday party!

Do you have charms?
We have a variety of charms to choose from they will be displayed on the day and are subject to availability.
How can I remove my bonded jewellery?
You are able to just cut the chain off with any pair of household scissors.
However, if you do want it reattached simply just keep the chain and we can reattach for a small fee.
